This dip is one of the easiest recipes you'll ever find and it tastes great. It's also a lifesaver to have on stand-by if you are trying a new mega-hot chilli and you need to put a bit of the fire out, the yoghurt in the dip really helps to reduce the burn.
Makes about 250g of dip.
250g plain yoghurt
1 medium, seedless cucumber
1 garlic clove
Salt & pepper
1. Empty the yoghurt into a dip or serving bowl.
2. Chop the cucumber into small pieces.
3. Peel the garlic clove and chop up very finely.
4. Add the cucumber, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper to the yoghurt and mix it all up.
5. Told you it was easy, now it's ready to serve.
