Mad Mick loves chilli and decided he wanted to share this love with the world. Yeah we were scared at first too, but we keep him on a tight leash so his 'lovin' is kept in check!
Apart from sharing this passion he is determined to offer the widest range of chilli products, from chilli seeds, chilli fruit, chilli powder & flakes, chilli sauces (from the certified insanely hot, mild to low heats) and chilli paraphenalia.
Why is he mad? Well he's mad because of his unusual, passionate obsession with all things chilli. Despite his madness, you win, because he is satisfied with nothing short of perfection when it comes to his chilli products. His chilli products are made with nothing but the freshest, Australian ingredients, made to his exacting standards, (sometimes he drives us mad, because of the high standards he demands).
Wondering why this whole site reads like someone else is writing it for Mad Mick, well let me tell you, we let him have a go and if we didn't take him away from the computer this site would never have been finished. Mad Mick is a great one finger typist!
